Match Campaign

Project included:

Planning

  • Working with the Executive Director to develop strong list of donors
  • Add new potential donors to the list that match their criteria
  • Develop an executable plan for marketing and asking donors

Marketing Materials

  • Design and produce a pre-mailer to be used to introduce the Symphony to new markets and as a leave behind for face-to-face asks
  • Provide scripts for calls 

Asks and Followup

  • Executive Director managed the asks and followups
  • Available for support as needed
  • Follow up with client is ongoing
