Project included:
Planning
- Working with the Executive Director to develop strong list of donors
- Add new potential donors to the list that match their criteria
- Develop an executable plan for marketing and asking donors
Marketing Materials
- Design and produce a pre-mailer to be used to introduce the Symphony to new markets and as a leave behind for face-to-face asks
- Provide scripts for calls
Asks and Followup
- Executive Director managed the asks and followups
- Available for support as needed
- Follow up with client is ongoing
