Project included:

Strategic Fund Development Planning

• Listen to how things are and are not working for the development team
• Research current donors and client’s current process
• Propose a system that will nurture current donors and peak the interest of new donors and addresses current team’s needs
• Develop a cost effective tool to introduce the food bank to potential donors including - messaging, design, production and training on how to use this fun piece
• Train the staff on new system

Implementation

• Work with individuals on their specific plan of action and donor list
• Provide scripts for calls and roll play real call situations
• Available for hands on support as needed

Reporting

• Follow up with team on ongoing results
